ComTech GmbH supplies and operates the platform. Issuers and asset owners configure their tokens, authorise every instruction and keep their own investor relationships; the platform executes those instructions and records the result.
The platform runs the full token lifecycle — from onboarding an asset to retiring the position — as one system. Each stage below is a step in that sequence.

Asset onboarding
An issuer or asset owner brings an asset and its documentation to the platform. {{TK: onboarding steps and eligibility criteria for the platform}}
Structuring
The issuer and its advisers define the instrument — rights, restrictions, jurisdiction and investor eligibility. ComTech GmbH does not advise on structure.
Token configuration
The token's transfer rules, supply controls and metadata are configured against the agreed structure before any contract is deployed. {{TK: which token standards the platform supports — ERC-3643, ERC-1400, restricted-transfer ERC-20}}
Smart contract deployment
The configured contracts are deployed to {{TK: the DLT network or networks the platform deploys to}}.
Minting
Tokens are minted technologically pursuant to authorised issuer instructions.
Registry
Every position and transfer is recorded in the on-chain registry and reconciled against the issuer's record of holders.
Corporate actions
The issuer instructs corporate actions — distributions, splits, redemptions. The platform executes and records them. {{TK: which corporate action types are supported in production}}
Reporting
Holdings, transfers and corporate actions are available to the issuer as reporting data and exports. {{TK: reporting formats and delivery — API, file, dashboard}}
Redemption / Burning
On authorised instruction, tokens are burned and the position retired. Redemption of the underlying asset is performed by the issuer and its custodian, not by ComTech GmbH.
